For over 90 years, Sterkowski has been a family-owned business, with the third and fourth generations dedicated to this craft. We have been working for the company practically since childhood, often spending time after lessons in the workshop, helping our parents with production or simply being present. The clatter of sewing machines, the smell of materials, and the heat and steam of the presses have become our natural environment. We work for our name, and we do it with passion.

Our approach to production is not mass-scale. Many of our products are sewn in small batches or on an order basis. We constantly seek new inspirations, improve our methods, and remain faithful to the traditional cap and hat-making techniques that have served us well for the past 90 years. We are a workshop, and we intend to stay that way.

When it comes to materials, we are selective. Headwear should offer above-average comfort, provide ergonomics, and be head-friendly. That is why we use high-quality materials such as pure wool, cotton, natural linen, Harris Tweed, and genuine leather. The best hat is one that we forget we are wearing, as if it were a part of our head.

Our products are versatile, suitable for both ladies and gentlemen. They can be worn for elegant, sporty, or casual occasions. The woolen cloth we use is skin-friendly, and our traditional sewing technology, honed in the family workshop Sterkowski 1926 in Poland, ensures attention to detail, such as cut above the ears, trimmed seams, and breathability.

Additionally, our caps are available in a range of sizes, including big sizes 8 and 8 1/8, catering to a wider customer base.
